Welcome to Davis Meade

DMPC are one of the leading firms of Chartered Surveyors, Valuers and Land Agents in the Country dealing with agricultural dispute resolution ranging from Landlord and Tenant advice to compulsory purchase negotiations.

The original Partnership, was established in 1977, and having evolved into a multi-discipline practice including Estate Agency and Building Surveying, we devolved from Davis Meade Ltd in August 2008 allowing the principal Philip Meade to focus on rural dispute resolution.

The company has an almost unique reputation for advising its farming and landowning clients in an uncompromising style dedicated to ensuring the best possible results at all times for its clients.

Whilst our clients range from individual tenants to blue chip organisations, our level of client service and advice is unequalled regardless of who the client is.

We aim to build long term relationships with our clients, ensuring that they gain maximum benefit from the advice we give them.

We believe that we are leading advisors in our field, competing at the highest level not only with other Chartered Surveyors, but also with other professionals such as the Legal profession.

In our areas of speciality, we believe we can provide bespoke, tailored advice at a highly competitive cost. See our services page for details of areas in which we can advise you.
