Free advice for farmers at Rural Hub day

Farmers and land managers can drop in for some free advice at the 10th Herefordshire Rural Business Advice day being held at Three Counties Hotel, Belmont Road, Hereford on Wednesday, November 20.

There will be seminars and stands representing a broad range of subjects including soil management, environment, renewable energy, benchmarking and diversification.

Farm tenants and landlords should look out for the Davis Meade Property Consultants (DMPC)/Tenant Farmers Association (TFA) stand where Kathryn Williams of DMPC and Adriana Vaux of TFA will be able to advise on topics such as rents, rental disputes, contact farming arrangements, grants and succession.

Entry is free and the event is open from 12 noon until 6.00pm.
