Innovative approach to professional services

A Shropshire firm of chartered surveyors has launched a fixed price membership scheme to help rural clients budget for professional services.

Davis Meade Property Consultants’ innovative 2019 Membership Package is available to individuals and groups with prices starting at £300 plus VAT for a basic package offering up to one hour of professional advice/services, annual Basic Payment Scheme form submission and a number of telephone advice sessions per annum.

“Many farmers are reviewing their business profitability ahead of Brexit and may need professional advice over aspects such as diversification, planning or advice in relation to current or proposed tenancy agreements” said Kathryn Williams, a director at Davis Meade Property Consultants.

“Our value-for-money membership scheme will enable clients to budget ahead for professional services and avoid the risk of an unexpected, scary bill.

“We have also included a package for groups of farmers as this can be a good way for farmers to access a land agent while sharing the costs with other farmers.

“We already act for a number of groups of tenants particularly on large estates so we know the idea works and is cost effective,” she added.

Intermediate and Premium packages are available too, offering more services at a set price along with the Group package for groups of 10 or more.

The membership packages will be rolled out at agricultural shows this summer and you can find out more by contacting Kathryn Williams at the Oswestry office of DMPC on 01691 659658, email kathrynwilliams@dmpcuk.com.
