An opportunity has arisen to purchase two parcels of agricultural paddock land at Tan Lan, Llanrwst, Conwy, which may also be of interest to those seeking pony grazing or alternative use, subject to statutory consents.

 

The land, extending in all to 2.7 acres (1.09 ha), is for sale by formal tender in two lots through Davis Meade Property Consultants with a guide price of £12,000 - £15,000 per acre.

Both lots contain productive versatile agricultural land located near Tan Lan, approximately 1.3 and 9.5 miles from Llanwrst and the A55 North Wales Expressway respectively. The lots are segregated by the A470, trunk road.
