Our Surveyors can assist with all aspects of dispute resolution work. We can provide a mediation service to parties in dispute and have made representations as Expert Witnesses.

 

All of our Surveyors have first hand arbitration experience and are happy to represent clients at Arbitration ourselves saving considerable expense in many cases.

 

We do however know our limitations and have excellent connections with a number of well respected Solicitors and Barristers to ensure the best advice is given and representation is given.
