Kathryn Williams joined Davis Meade Property Consultants in 2011 following her graduation from Harper Adams University where she studied the Rural Enterprise and Land Management Honours Degree course.

 

Kathryn passed her RICS exams in 2013, became a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2018 and in 2019 Kathryn was appointed a Director within Davis Meade.

 

Kathryn grew up on a mixed livestock and arable farm and therefore has a passion for agriculture and all aspect of country life. Kathryn now lives and farms on the Shropshire / Powys border with her husband and therefore has first-hand experience of the issues facing the agricultural sector both in her personal life as well as her professional life.

 

Kathryn is particularly interested in agricultural tenancy matters including preparation of tenders, business plans and cashflows for tenancy applications. She also undertakes all planning, bps and environmental stewardship work within the company.
