Eifion Bibby MRICS FAAV was brought up on a Family Farm in North Wales and after graduating in 1988 (from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester) worked for a firm of Private Practice Chartered Surveyors and Auctioneers in North Lincolnshire before returning to the Vale of Clwyd in 1993.

 

Eifion, being a Welsh Speaker (whom is a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers) joined Davis Meade Property Consultants in October 2007 and as a Director, operating from the Colwyn Bay Office, covers a range of disciplines including:

 

• Sales by Auction, Tender & Private Treaty of a variety of properties including Residential, Farms, Agricultural & Development Land etc

• Estate Management- including Lettings of Farms and Land

​

• Compensation pursuant to Compulsory Purchase or Utility Company Schemes (such as Water, Gas/Oil Pipeline, Electricity Wayleaves etc)

• Valuations for Taxation, Balance Sheet Purposes, Potential Purchase & Sale
