Our Surveyors can provide advice in relation to boundary ownership and maintenance responsibilities. We can obtain historic Land Registry documentation for registered land and properties, which may contain clauses in relation to specific repair obligations. If both neighbours are in agreement we can also formulate tailored boundary agreements that are then registered on the respective property title registers and can be binding on successors in title (future owners).
